We are Inclusive
True to our roots, we welcome everyone to Rugby League, regardless of race, colour, religion, disability, creed, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, or age. We proudly and publicly stand against intolerance and bigotry, and will actively campaign against it. We treat everyone fairly and equally.
We are Positive
We always talk the game up, not down. The glass is always half full. When there are clouds, we always focus on the silver linings. We take seriously Rugby League's ability to change individuals and communities for the better, and always operate from this stance of positivity
We are United
For Rugby League to thrive, we all have to pull together in one direction. We are all on the same team - players, clubs, governing bodies, partners, fans, our communities. What benefits one of us, benefits all of us. What harms one of us, harms all of us. We stand undivided.
We are disciplined
We operate strategically - not reactively - with a sense of calm, and in a considered manner. We do what we say we'll do, consistently. We turn up, time after time. We hold the line.
National Rugby League respects and honours the Traditional Custodians of the land and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and future. We acknowledge the stories, traditions and living cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on the lands we meet, gather and play on.
