I’m a proud Gamilaroi women originates from Coonabarabran and have amily connections to the Reids, Reeds, Grose, Dodds, Darcy, Townsends and Carneys. I also acknowledge my father's people Dunghutti and Anaiwan nations. My family totem is the Dhinewan (emu) and my personal totem is the Balabalaa (butterfly).
My role as the RAP Program Manager sits in the Strategy team at the NRL. My role is to lead the implementation of the NRL’s Elevate Reconciliation Action Plan and supporting all business units in the achievement of RAP targets. In my role I’m expected to educate and engage a range of stakeholders to support the RAP and liaise regularly with business units, RAP Working Group members and the Australian Rugby League Indigenous Council to ensure reconciliation remains a priority across Rugby League.
