About us
NRL in Tonga promotes living a healthy lifestyle through the Mai E 5 health & wellbeing program, advocates for the elimination of violence against women & children through the Voice Against Violence Program, and conducts rugby league development activities to promote pathways for players and officials throughout Tongatapu and the Outer Islands.
The NRL Tonga Office is located in Nukuʻalofa, the capital of Tonga. Nuku'alofa is located on the north coast of the island of Tongatapu, in the country's southernmost island group.
The NRL Tonga Program was launched in 2016 and has gone from strength to strength. This year the NRL staff engaged over 80 primary schools in the Health and Wellbeing Program.
