Young stars on show in Albury for Rabbitohs trial

The Rabbitohs have named a host of up-and-comers for the February 16 trial against a combined Riverina team at Albury, including plenty with NRL experience.

Former Bronco and PM's XIII fullback Corey Allan will take the No.1 jersey while Campbell Graham gets a chance in the centres as part of an all-NRL three-quarter line along with Jacob Gagan (who scored a try against Wentworthville last week), Cory Denniss and Mawene Hiroti.

Kyle Turner, Junior Tatola, Bayley Sironen and former Shark Kurt Dillon add NRL experience in the pack along with former Knight and Italy international Jack Johns, son of Knights legend Matthew Johns.

Highly rated young hooker Billy Brittain, Gagan, Denniss and halves Dean Hawkins and Connor Tracey are among those backing up from last week's win over Wenty.

The match kicks off at Albury Sports Ground on Saturday 16 February at 6pm.
