1. Cameron Munster: Revelled in the freedom at fullback and was a constant threat with ball in hand. Seven tackle breaks in the first half and ran for 185 metres in total. 8.5/10

2. Corey Oates: Limited opportunities down left side but brought the ball back strongly all night to finish with 223 metres from 18 runs. 7

14. Moses Mbye: Made the most of his promotion to the starting side and had some promising moments in attack in the first half. 6

6. Corey Norman: Looked right at home in the first half with strong running and a perfect grubber for Felise Kaufusi to score the first try but had some defensive lapses after the break. 6.5

7. Daly Cherry-Evans: Controlled the tempo with his kicking game and led his side back into the game from 20-8 down. 7

8. Joe Ofahengaue: Solid first stint where he got through 18 tackles but did not have a huge impact with ball in hand. 6.5

Norman perfectly places a kick for Kaufusi

9. Ben Hunt: Got through a power of tackling around the ruck and finished the night with 40 tackles. A solid series playing in the unfamiliar hooking role. 7

10. Josh Papalii: Sensational first stint from the Raiders hardman as he matched motors with Klemmer and co and then struck fear into the Blues' hearts with a try in the 77th minute. 8

11. Felise Kaufusi: Bagged his first Origin try when he latched onto a Norman kick in the 15th minute. Typically energetic performance but gave away a crucial fifth tackle penalty 10 minutes into the second half which led to James Tedesco's try. 6.5

18. Ethan Lowe: Made the most of his late call-up with 52 tackles and 14 runs in a debut to remember. Plenty of experience in big games and it showed when he nailed the pressure conversion to level the scores at 20-all. 8

13. Josh McGuire: Ripped into the Blues forwards with trademark aggression and racked up 47 tackles. Showed great strength and determination to score his first Origin try as the Maroons made a late charge. 7.5
