Buderus on the hidden benefits of the Big Three trek
On Saturday a group of trekkers will complete a 150km journey from Sydney to McDonald Jones Stadium to raise funds and awareness for the Mark Hughes Foundation. Having been involved with similar treks in the past, MHF ambassador Danny Buderus spoke earlier in the week about the benefits that such an experience provides
