Fresh off dominating the Dragons, Titans star David Fifita and his coach Justin Holbrook both maintain the Origin representative is far from the finished article.
There did not seem any glaring deficiencies in Fifita's game as he ran amok to inspire the Titans' 32-10 win over St George Illawarra on Sunday.
He started the game on the bench but quickly made up for lost time when unleashed midway through the first half.
He formed a knockout one-two punch with debutant Sexton, dragging three defenders over the line to score in the 34th minute and drawing in another Dragons trio to set up Greg Marzhew's try 10 minutes later with an audacious flick pass.
"I know I can get better," Fifita warned.

"I have probably been up and down [this season]. I just have to keep training hard and keep improving, do whatever the team wants and do my best."
Holbrook agreed that Fifita's dominant display still had room for improvement.
"He's going to get so much better. He's only 21," he said. "We will keep working with him. He has shown a number of times how good he is.
"I know everyone expects that every week. Some games it doesn't pan out that way [but] we will just keep working and get him to enjoy his footy, look forward to playing - it's a good recipe for anyone."
Fifita seemed to vent his frustration on the Dragons after Holbrook rolled the dice and kept the Queensland X-factor on the bench at the start of the game.
But Fifita said there were no hard feelings with Holbrook who wants his prized forward to remain an interchange player for the foreseeable future.

"Me and Justin get along really well. He is honest with me and I like that," Fifita said.
"He said I was going to start off the bench. I just took it on the chin.
"It was exciting to get out there and play my part. I just wanted to get out there, there were no hard feelings - just excitement."
As the Titans keep fighting for a spot in the NRL finals, Fifita has labelled rookie No.7 Toby Sexton as the man who can help him get to the next level.
Fifita believes he would only improve playing off Sexton.
"That was all Toby Sexton setting me up and giving me the ball," he said of his Dragons demolition job.
"He did a good job on his debut. He is real calm. He listens to me and I listen to him.

"I wanted early ball and did the damage off the back of those outside me.
"He [Sexton] has been killing it at reggies [reserves] training. He got his opportunity and he played really well."
Sexton is the latest NRL graduate from the Australian Schoolboys' class of 2019, following in the footsteps of ex-teammates Reece Walsh, Sam Walker and Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow.
Stepping up for co-captain Jamal Fogarty (hand), Sexton produced a clever chip for Jarrod Wallace's 12th minute try and helped himself to one of his own in the 66th after pouncing on a Ben Hunt spilt ball.
He also fulfilled goal-kicking duties, nailing 6-6 with the boot in personal tally of 16 points.
"I loved every minute of it. My lungs were struggling at the start, the pace got me a bit but after about 20 minutes or so I felt like I worked my way into it nicely," Sexton said.
"I have done so much work to get here I just tried to soak it up and enjoy it as much as I could."

Sexton said he never became frustrated watching former teammates Walsh, Walker and Tabuai-Fidow excel in NRL - and in the latter's case State Origin - while he waited for his debut.
"Not at all. I knew as a halfback I had to bide my time and really develop as a player and I was lucky enough to have Ash and Jamal in front of me," he said.
"I just tried to take as much information as I could off them. When I got my opportunity today I was full of confidence.
"I want to be here next week but I can't control that."
