New South Wales

The Blues are 1-17 with no late changes.

Blues advisor Greg Alexander that "the side named will be the side that plays", and that's the way Brad Fittler has gone, as opposed to Game One when they made a couple of changes an hour before kick-off.

Matt Burton, Stephen Crichton, Apisai Koroisau, Jake Trbojevic and Cameron Murray have all been called into the starting side, with Angus Crichton joining Damien Cook on the bench alongside debutant Siosifa Talakai.

Sharks playmaker Nicho Hynes will be the 18th Man as he was for Game One.

Queensland

The Maroons are 1-17 with no late changes.

Murray Taulagi will make his Origin debut on the wing in place of Xavier Coates (ankle) while Lindsay Collins moves into the run-on side as the replacement for Reuben Cotter (hamstring). After missing out on selection for Game One, Rabbitohs forward Jai Arrow returns to the side on the bench where he joins Patrick Carrigan, Jeremiah Nanai and Harry Grant, with Ben Hunt listed once again to start at hooker.

Cowboys halfback Tom Dearden is the 18th Man.
