Ticketing Details

The NRL announced on Tuesday that the historic “Battle of the West” NRL Grand Final between Penrith Panthers and Parramatta Eels and the NRLW Grand Final between Newcastle Knights and Parramatta Eels has sold out. The last tickets were sold shortly after the final General Public allocation was released.

Transport Information

Fans are encouraged to use public transport with free public transport (via integrated ticketing) for the event at Accor Stadium with gates opening at 1.00pm.

Getting to the Grand Final

  • From Central, express train services will run every 15 minutes between 1.00pm and 2.00pm, then every 10 minutes from 2.00pm.
  • From Penrith, limited-stop train services will run every 15 minutes from 1.00pm.
  • Sydney Olympic Park Major Event Buses will run on all 9 routes from the Hills District, Inner West, North Western Suburbs, Northern Beaches, Sutherland Shire and Southern Suburbs.  

Getting home from the Grand Final

  • To Central: express services will leave Olympic Park every 6 minutes from 9:30pm until 12:30am.
  • To Blacktown: limited-stop services will leave Olympic Park every 6 minutes from 9:30pm until 1.00am, stopping at Lidcombe, Granville, Parramatta, Westmead, Seven Hills then Blacktown. 
  • To Penrith: limited-stop services will leave Olympic Park every 15 minutes.
    Sydney Olympic Park Major Event Buses will run on all 9 routes to the Hills District, Inner West, North Western Suburbs, Northern Beaches, Sutherland Shire and Southern Suburbs.

What's on at the Game

Fans can test their kicking accuracy against all-weather elements with the YOUI virtual kick simulator, while you can also test your reaction time against Josh Addo-Carr's time in the Telfast reaction wall. Chemist Warehouse Wellness Van will also be there handing out samples for fans who try the reaction wall.

Thanks to Telstra, fans have their chance to get a photo with both the NRL and NRLW Telstra Premiership trophies in the Telstra trophy zone. Fans can also compare themselves to our NRLW players with a photo moment.

Fan Live Sites

With the matches now sold out, both Parramatta Eels and Penrith Panthers will host live sites for members and fans who missed out on tickets to Grand Final day.

Parramatta Eels Live Site

  • CommBank Stadium – Eastern Grandstand
  • Gates open from 3:30pm Sunday
  • This event will be available via a ticket on Ticketek – Members will receive information on how to access tickets.

Penrith Panthers Live Site

  • Watch the Grand Final in The Backyard
  • Panthers Leagues Club
  • Doors open from 1.00pm
  • Tickets will be available .

Newcastle Knights Live Site

  • NEX - 309 King St, Newcastle West NSW
  • 3.00pm to 11.30pm (3.00pm to 7.00pm are invited guests and members only with doors to open to the public from 7.00pm onwards)
  • The NRLW team will return at approximately 10.00pm AEDT
  • Tickets are free of charge but are from 3.00pm
  • Space is limited and all under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.
