The Titans are back at home this weekend and will host the Wests Tigers with the home team on a high after moving into third place on the ladder following another close win last round.
A field goal in the 69th minute from Lauren Brown secured the 23-22 win against St George Illawarra, with the Gold Coast nearly letting the game slip despite holding a 14-0 lead early after letting Teagan Berry run in for four tries to nearly steal the match.
A full 70-minute performance will be high on the agenda for Karyn Murphy's side who come up against a Wests Tigers team who will be licking their wounds after suffering a heavy defeat last round.
The joint venture travel to the Gold Coast after going down 48-10 to the top-of-the-table Roosters, and will have to draw on all of their resilience if they are to upset the home side.
